This is a key role, where the initial emphasis will be to facilitate the implementation of Securitas ERP system in Europe. We are seeking an ambitious leader who has the skills to drive change in a structured manner and a genuine interest in financial process excellence.

About the position

As the Head of Process Excellence Europe at Securitas you will hold a central position reporting to the CFO Europe Division. You will work closely to country CFO: s and have a strong exposure to country management teams, as well as the European Divisional management team. This includes alignment with other functional Expertise Communities and the Business Product Owner for ERP. You will lead, manage, and develop the Process Excellence & Technology Expertise Community by providing guidance to its members and overseeing the central team of Process Excellence Leads, currently consisting of three people.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of developing sustainable and scalable divisional best practices, methodologies, and policies related to process standardization, innovation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with the CFO Europe Division to define strategic priorities and work efforts for the Expertise Community, ensuring alignment with Securitas’ overall business and finance strategy.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of activities performed within the Expertise Community.
• Align with the Controls & Compliance Expertise Community on identified internal controls and embed these in the process documentation.
• Work in collaboration with the other Expertise Communities Division, within Finance as well as cross-functionally to strategize and design cross-functional Finance best practices.
• Drive and facilitate Expertise Community governance and meetings, sharing of division wide best practices, knowledge and standards.

Your profile and qualifications

To succeed in the role, you are confident in leading others and driving change, ensuring everyone is on board. You are structured and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to lead change effectively. You are solution-oriented and good at building successful networks within the organization. You have the ability to adapt to new environments and to quickly grasp new situations, often daring to drive initiatives that are not tailor-made.

You have a Master’s degree in Economics or IT and several years of professional experience in finance, likely including a couple of years within management consulting or project management. An understanding of accounting processes and principles is of high importance to be successful in the position, as well as having experience of operating and influencing strategically at all levels across all cross-functional partners. You have managed a team previously and you have a proven track record in leading an ERP implementation. Finally, you are fluent in English both written and spoken.
