About the position
We’re now looking for a new People & Culture Manager to lead the people agenda for our Group functions. This includes ownership for the full employee lifecycle with both strategic and operational focus where you have a chance to shape and provide our employees with world-class HR support and practices. This is truly a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to work with Securitas Group and our corporate functions. You will be essential in contributing to the overall success of the people agenda and ensuring company culture and employee experience.
You will report to the Vice President of Group People & Culture and work directly with members of the Group Management team from Group Finance, Group People, Communications & Marketing, Internal Audit, Legal Risk & Business Ethics. You will also collaborate closely with HR colleagues in our divisions.
The role also includes ownership of the Office & Facility agenda for Group and to help manage this area you have an Office & Employee Experience Manager in your team.
Your main responsibilities will also include:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective People practices that will support the strategic growth of our business
- Continue to enhance and develop HR core processes and drive digitalization and simplification
- Educate, coach and partner with managers on all people related areas and provide HR expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefit, recruitment, talent management, labour law, leadership and organizational development
- Responsible for updating people policies, personnel statistics and ensuring efficient personnel administration leveraging systems and digital tools
- Responsible for annual salary reviews, salary equity reporting and owner of the job evaluation framework and data collection
- Responsible for engagement survey activities including workshops and seminars
- Advise and support to VP People & Culture on the overall People agenda
Your profile and qualifications
You have an academic background and a minimum of 7 years of experiences as a senior HRBP or People Manager. You have a broad experience within the People & Culture field, for example within Inclusion and Diversity, Leadership Development, Reorganizations and Competence Development. We would like for you to have previous experience of independently driving larger HR initiatives from start to end with project management experience. Since you will be a part of a global company you have an international or global experience working across multiple countries.
To succeed in this role you have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You are comfortable working in a team and at the same time you can lead autonomously. You have a strong business and commercial acumen coupled with results orientation. Finally, you believe in and champions the Securitas values and actively works to develop a culture of inclusion & diversity.
