Does the opportunity of developing and overseeing performance management processes in one of Sweden’s largest multinational companies appeal to you? This is a key role that contributes to the organization’s success by improving how strategic goals are set, plans are made, and execution is monitored. We are seeking an ambitious individual who is committed to the enhancement and facilitation of these core drivers of business success.

Your areas of responsibility

As the Head of Performance Management at Securitas Group you will hold a central position reporting to the VP of Business Control & Strategic Planning. You will work closely with top management and be responsible for overseeing the Group’s performance management processes. Your role is critical in enhancing the company’s strategic ’execution certainty,’ defined as the likelihood of successfully implementing the Group’s business plans to achieve desired outcomes. This is an individual contributor role in which you will act as a strategic partner to the VP.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive but efficient strategic planning process, including standards for deploying the strategy across the organization.
  • Support the development of our Group performance management system, improving the way we track KPIs aligned with our company’s objectives and deployed strategy.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring that we stay focused on what’s important, let deviations drive concrete actions to improve and provide other key actionable insights.
  • Drive the proliferation of data analytics tools to derive insights and identify opportunities for performance improvements.

The position is located at Securitas’ head office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

Your profile and qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess a good understanding of business operations, financial planning, and the ability to build trust and confidence among senior management. You should also be resilient, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of work. You quickly gain an intuitive understanding on short- and long-term priorities, informed by both external factors such as market dynamics and internal factors such as the company’s capabilities.

Given that this position involves interacting with stakeholders within top management, you have strong verbal and written communication skills and are capable of effectively conveying complex information. Finally, your expertise in quantitative analysis, coupled with your capability to execute tasks in a structured manner, is a significant asset for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing organizational performance.

You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, likely including a couple of years within management consulting or equivalent. You have a proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems at corporate level in an industry setting. You are fluent in English and have excellent skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
