About the position
The position as Finance Manager entails an overall responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting at Lisa Yang. You will have the responsibility of two Financial Accountants directly reporting to you, and together with your team you will be responsible for ensuring that the accounting and financial reporting maintains a high quality delivered on time. As Finance Manager you will continuously work towards making processes and tooling within the finance function more efficient, as well as support overall process development across the business. Furthermore, the role includes building a finance function reflecting the demands of quality and growth of the company.
The position is based at Lisa Yang’s head office at Riddargatan in central Stockholm, and you will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements
- Tax calculation, income tax return and monthly reporting of VAT and social charges
- Full responsibility of accounting, account payables and account receivables
- Make sure the company complies with rules and regulations
- Ensure data-driven analyzes to support senior management’s decision making
- Take part in budget, forecast and setting KPI’s
Experience
We believe you have a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and a few years working experience from accounting, auditing or financial control, preferably in an international context. If you have a strong interest in fashion, you will probably find this position extra stimulating. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel. It is meritorious if you have experience working in NetSuite.
Personality
To succeed in this role, you are a goal-oriented person who is analytical with high efficiency in your work. You are ambitious with a personal drive, and gets motivated by responsibility, both when working individually and in teams. Building relationships both internally and externally is something that you are good at. You have a hands-on mentality and the ability to work both high and low. Finally, you are a meticulous person with a great sense of accuracy with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
