Your task and your areas of responsibility

In this position you will be part of the Group ICFR team, who owns the Group Internal Control over Financial Reporting Program and Framework. You will be a key person in different aspects of the further development of the program, framework, related governing documents, risk-assessments, and controls. In this role you will be a key contributor in the activities conducted to provide oversight and high-level compliance monitoring at group level. This entails working closely to ICFR responsible at Divisional as well as Country level. You will report to Head of Group ICFR. 

The position is located at Securitas modern head office in Stockholm City at Kungsholmen.

  • Provide input to the overall reporting of Group ICFR Performance, which is mainly communicated in the ICFR Board, at the HQ review meetings and to the Audit Committee. This would for example entail data from audits, status of action plans, statutory audit progress, self-assessments, key projects, training & awareness.
  • Follow-up on ICFR observations from audits and reviews with Divisional ICFR responsible.
  • Analysis and reporting of ICFR related self-assessment and monitoring activities.
  • Contribute to ICFR Excellence related activities such as training and awareness, communication, tools and templates, best practices sharing and support.
  • Contribute to the development of ICFR related processes in the GRC tool OneTrust.
  • Provide input to the further development of the ICFR Program and Framework, to ensure we have effective controls and monitoring in place for key ICFR related processes.
  • Manage Group ICFR coordination matters related to the ICFR program, both recurring activities as well as project related activities. 
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors (Group), where ICFR is the point of contact for countries regarding various topics related to external audit such as scoping, methodology and fees.  

Who are you?

Finally, to succeed in the role you will need to have good analytical and business support skills, a creative solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take own initiatives.

You have a university degree within business administration and 3-6 years’ experience from one of the Big 4 audit firms, with experience from large listed companies and internal control audits. Experience from serving on the lead team on a global audit with experience with referring out work, SOX engagements, Power BI, GRC knowledge is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. The position will entail some travelling on a global basis.
