Join our FP&A-team as a Group Controller and help further develop the function as the company continues to reinvent the music industry! We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical and outgoing and who would thrive in our dynamic and fast-growing company.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility

You will work closely to stakeholders throughout the whole organization and key responsibilities includes supporting the business and senior management with financial analysis and ad-hoc business performance reporting as well as managing budgets and forecasts.

The role includes working with project management and process development from a FP&A point of view.

Epidemic Sound is rapidly growing, and as Group Controller you will be involved in projects securing efficient and solid data- and process flows in our financial- and bi-systems. By staying up to date with trends and best practice you will play an important part in building the structure on group level.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Financial management reporting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Revenue and cost analysis
  • KPI reporting and visualization
  • Process development in line with team objectives
  • Business performance follow up

Your profile

You have a university degree within economics and have previous experience from auditing or accounting following Swedish accounting regulations. Today you work as a controller at group level, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or large company. It is meritorious if you have worked in a listed company. Furthermore, you are an advanced user of Excel and fluent in English.

You are structured and thrive in a context where you need to be goal oriented and analytical. As you will have contact with many different stakeholders in the organization you have an outgoing personality, have a curious mindset and likes stepping out of your comfort zone.
