Your task and your areas of responsibility
AddVision is now looking for a driven and ambitious Group Business Controller where the focus is to reinforce and build this function to be a strong and professional sounding board for the Group Management and management in the subsidiaries. The Group Business Controller will have a key role in the continuous growth enablement for the company.
In this role you will have the opportunity to continue the development of finance and support the business to make more fact-based decisions to drive performance. The position will report directly to AddVisions Group CFO. Further on, you will work closed with the Finance Managers in AddVisions subsidiaries. The position is located at the Group’s head office in Kista, Stockholm.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Providing financial analysis of the operational performance during monthly and quarterly closings, drive accuracy, consistency and quality of financial reporting
- Build and professionalize this function and build relationship and co-operation with international subsidiaries
- Coordinate the budget & forecast processes, working closely with CFO & Group Accounting and subsidiaries to secure consistency, quality, timing and transparency
- Prepare presentation material for Group Management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders
- Lead and participate in various Group wide projects
- Identify and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and other internal customers
- Development and ownership of Power BI

Since you will be working with several different international stakeholders, it is important that you have ability to work collaboratively across subsidiaries and departmental functions. You are stimulated by working in a flexible and changing environment where there are great opportunities to contribute and develop for the right person.
When it comes to your experience, we believe that you have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar and proven track record of controlling, financial analysis, corporate finance and/or management consulting, preferable from an international company. You have solid experiences from working with budget and forecast reporting as well as excellent knowledge in MSOffice skills and skills in Business Intelligence systems, preferably Power BI. If you have experience with distribution companies, it is advantageous but not an exclusive requirement. You are fluent in English and proficiency in Swedish and/or German is meritorious.
