Main responsibilities

You will act as the lead of three Financial Control/Accounting teams based in Sweden, The Netherlands and in the UK, with the overall responsibility for the statutory reporting of legal entities within the group. You will actively strive to enhance the finance and accounting function by working closely with the different teams to identify and act on potential areas of improvement. You will ensure alignment between teams and towards overall company strategies which involves supporting managers and team members in their long-term development.

You will be a part of the Finance Management team of EasyPark reporting to Group CFO, where decisions on priorities and key initiatives are taken.

Your profile

You have relevant educational background within business and administration (university degree or similar) and a solid experience from working with financial processes such as accounting, external reporting, closing procedures, audit etc., preferably in an international environment with several legal entities. You are confident working with reporting according to both local GAAPS and IFRS. You have good knowledge in excel and the ability to adapt to new systems. Experience from implementation of new Accounting/ERP system is meriting as well as experience from reconciliation of different payment methods and billing.  

You have experience in leading teams across different locations working with different processes and systems. You have a proven track record of running projects aimed at improving financial processes or systems and ability to rapidly switch between scrutinizing details and zooming out looking at the larger picture. It is a requirement that you can communicate fluent in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
