The Organization Development function consists of several teams: the HR team (working towards allocated areas of the organization), HR Admin and payroll, Culture and Communications, Office Support, and our Business Engagement team. About the position

This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues in a highly professional and international environment. You will be part of a high performing team, working with various tasks and projects within the HR-field. You will work in close collaboration with one of the HR Business Partners primarily, as well as colleagues within HR and stakeholders in the organization. You will be responsible for a number of recurring tasks mainly focusing on HR-administration, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and participating in HR-related projects. Key Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will primarily work with the following tasks:

  • Plan, implement and perform specific HR initiatives, such as Employer Branding, Recruitment and Onboarding (partly based on a developed strategy)
  • Review and update HR processes in alignment with the HR-system (Talentsoft)
  • Prepare general trainings and provide information to the allocated unit’s employees and managers
  • Provide general HR support to stakeholders in the organization
  • Assist in development and follow-up of KPIs and other strategic targets for internal reporting within the allocated unit
  • Continuously identify, document, and communicate areas of improvement within your field 

The position is located at the Group’s head office in Stockholm City and you will report to Vice President Organization & Development. This is a permanent post with an extent of full time.

Your profile

You have a university degree in Human Resources combined with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. You have probably worked with Recruitment (preferably recruiting roles within Tech/IT), HR-administration or both. Experience from Employer Branding and working in HR-systems is considered a plus. To succeed in this role, you should be curious and eager to broaden your knowledge in HR. Finally, fluency in English is required.

You are a high performing and ambitious individual with a great sense of integrity. You are described as a doer who carries out your work from start to finish. You have a positive mindset and where other people see problems; you rather see solutions. We believe you are a fast learner with the ability to see the big picture but also understand the importance of details and high quality – an analytical ability will be a strong asset in this role. Finally, we believe you have excellent social skills and find it easy to cooperate with different types of people.
