What we are looking for
About 70 people work within the Nordic countries at SoftwareONE. In this role as Head of Finance you will work both strategically and operationally. The role is broad, and you will be working both with accounting and controlling for four Nordic countries, as well as leading the group of three Accountants. You will also be in close contact with the Shared Service Center in India. The sales organisation and country leads are stakeholders you will work closely with and you will be responsible for business reviews, having a continuous dialogue with the business, handling follow-ups and analyzes.
Location for this position will be at SoftwareONE´s office in Kista. You will report to a Finance Director in Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities
Key responsibilities would include:
- Responsible for the monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements, cash flow statement and monthly IFRS Reporting Package.
- Coordinating with external auditors on annual financial audit and annual internal control system (ICS).
- Comply with local statutory tax and legal requirements.
- Responsible for all tax related activities such as income tax, GST and withholding tax.
- Take control of any financial activities in the local subsidiary.
- Plan short term Cash flow in coordination with Group Treasury.
- Work closely with management team and be responsible for development and improvement of company-wide systems and procedures.
- Responsible for establishment, implementation and compliance with customer credit management policies, procedures and processes.
- Prepare budgets as per Corporate Guidelines that includes compiling, analyzing, consolidating financial data and recommending plans.
- Coaching and mentoring the local finance team.
- Work closely with the Group Finance team.
- Business partner with Country leader.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you need:
- Preferably a Bachelor degree in accounting. Otherwise ACCA/CPA qualified.
- Experience in finance, accounting or auditing. Prior experience as Finance Manager is preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge in Swedish language in writing and speaking.
- Experience in ERP-Systems in NAV is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, Withholding Tax and income tax.
- IFRS knowledge.
- Preferably experience from prior leadership.
- Experience towards achieving continuous work process improvement.

As a person you have a drive, are willing and able to find solutions and are adabtable to changes in the daily work as the work varies from day to day in this role. You take responsibility and are used to collaborating with others, being supportive to your team and coworkers and a good communicator. You can manage multi priorities, have a good time management and are highly organized.
