Securitas is in the process of selecting a new GRC system, which will be a central part in the continued risk and compliance work in the Group. To ensure success with this strategically important initiative, we are looking to hire a GRC Operations Manager.

What we are looking for

As GRC Operations Manager you will together with the stakeholders and system vendors lead the implementation of our new GRC system. In the first phase you will be project manager for the implementation of the new GRC system. The role will transition into roll-out process management and finally reach an end stage and you will act as continuous manager for the system, supporting key users at HQ and throughout the Group. When the system is fully rolled-out your role will broaden to include more general risk management- and compliance tasks.

You will belong to the legal function and report to Securitas Group Risk Manager. Together you will be located at Securitas HQ in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient implementation of Securitas risk- and compliance processes in the new GRC system, including adaptation of processes where appropriate.
  • Detail implementation scope and roll-out plan, including coordination of prioritization while maintaining an overview of the system and overall model.
  • Lead and follow up the implementation and roll-out plan.
  • Assume responsibility for configuring the system.
  • Manage communication and training of the system in Securitas Group.
  • Following the implementation phase continuously adapt and develop the processes and translate requirements into the GRC tool. You will also be instrumental in configuring processes, preparing dashboards and training key users. 
  • General risk management and compliance tasks once the system is implemented and mature.

Your profile

To be suitable for the position you have a relevant university degree. You have at least 4 years of work experience from one or more of the following: Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance/Governance, leading complex multi-stakeholder projects, configuring GRC-systems. You are likely to have a background within a global organization. Most important is that you have a strong interest in Risk Management/Governance/Compliance and the system support that manages these processes. If you have implemented a system before, either an ERP or GRC system, is it a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.

To be successful in this role you should be systematic and possess a solution-oriented mindset. You are self-disciplined and productive and make sure that you come forward in your work. As you will have to understand the processes and needs of many different stakeholders, we assume that you are a curious person who likes to seek new knowledge. You have no problem handling sometimes tight deadlines and you are confident in your ability to succeed.
