What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Group Business Controller to be part of our Group Finance team. In this role you will be performing a number of tasks mainly focusing on analysis and follow-up of the Group’s financial performance. You will support management in decision making, ensure efficient business practices and participate in various ad-hoc projects. As a Group Business Controller, you will have a close collaboration with stakeholders within the organization, in Sweden as well as internationally. This requires that you are comfortable creating new relationships and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with management in a fast paced and international environment. The role is located at the EasyPark HQ in the central part of Stockholm and you will be reporting to Head of Group Business Control.
Main responsibilities
As Group Business Controller, you will primarily work with the following tasks:
- Analyze the group’s financial performance and compile monthly and quarterly reporting to management
- Take part in the group’s budget and forecasting process
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects within finance and strategy development
- Participate in M&A-related activities
- Perform ad-hoc business analysis and business cases
- Follow-up of KPIs and other strategic targets
- Maintain a high level of business understanding through analysis of market development
- Be involved in treasury related tasks
- Continuously work to improve processes and routines
Your profile
You have a university degree within finance combined with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. To be suitable for this position you need to have previous experience from a controlling position, preferably on group level. It is an advantage if you are used to working in a fast paced and/or international environment. You are an advanced user of Excel and have previously worked with BI-tools, preferably Qlik Sense or Looker. You are fluent in English, but Swedish is not a requirement.
