What we are looking for
We are looking for a BI-Specialist to be part of the Business controlling team. In this role you will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders in the organisation as well as being a counterpart to suppliers. The purpose of the role is to develop and to be responsible for the company’s BI tool for financial data (Qlik sense). You will also implement and be responsible for a new budget tool and work with the KPI BI tool (Looker). Your tasks will include taking the BI tools to the next level and make sure the tools are used in the best way. You will also guide and support users within the organization. The role will also include some analyzing and gathering of data to generate valuable business insights and support data driven decision making. Another important task is to support the integrations of acquisitions regarding financial data and KPI:s. The position is located in the central part of Stockholm, a short walk from Gärdet subway station.
Main responsibilities
As a BI-Specialist, you will primarily work with the following tasks:
- Be responsible for and to develop the usage of our BI tool (Qlik sense)
- Implement and to be responsible for a new budget tool
- Work together with the IT department and other stakeholders to support insights regarding our KPI:s
- Create relevant dashboards in Qlik sense and Looker and to take our BI tools to the next level making sure we use them in the best way
- Automatization of reporting
- Own the data in our analytics tools and ensure the reliability of our data
- Be a counterpart for BI suppliers
- Take the organisation to the next level within BI!
Your profile
You have a university degree within finance or industrial engineering combined with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. You are an advanced user of Excel and have previously worked with BI-tools, preferably Qlik Sense. Experience of migrating data and SQL is highly valued as well as experience from Looker and Power BI. You are fluent in English, but Swedish is not a requirement.
