Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability

Does the opportunity of help building the most modern Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability organization in an international environment appeal to you? In the position as Head of Business Control & Transformation you work closely with and report directly to Senior Vice President General Counsel at Securitas Group, who oversees Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability and is part of Group Management. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic transformation of Securitas global Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability operations. Since this role is new, there are significant opportunities to influence the content and scope.

The position is based at Securitas’ head office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm and will include collaboration with local teams and stakeholders across 36 markets in the world.

About the position

Securitas is undergoing an exciting transformation to build a modern and efficient Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability function. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving this change journey. A key focus will be managing and optimizing the global spend – by developing models, tools and insights that bring transparency, accountability and performance to how services are managed globally.

You will lead initiatives to improve internal cost allocations, validate financial assumptions and develop strategic business cases to support the ongoing transformation. While the ambition and vision are clear, the implementation roadmap is yet to be defined – and that’s where you come in.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Group Management and collaborate with the global Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability leadership team, giving you high exposure and impact. Your ability to navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution will be critical to succeed in this role.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Lead and drive the strategic transformation of the global Legal, Risk, Ethics and Sustainability function, including organizational design and development.
  • Take ownership of budget and forecasting processes for the global spend.
  • Develop financial models and strategic business cases to support key decisions.
  • Validate and analyze financial data related to costs across regions.
  • Support stakeholders with decision-making materials on both operational and strategic matters.
  • Initiate and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and automation – including AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure a strong business lens on all initiatives and drive alignment so that the Legal, Risk, Ethics & Sustainability function consistently supports, enables, and accelerates the company’s business strategy and client value proposition.

Your profile and qualifications

You are proud of your combination of excellent analytical skills, ability to communicate professionally and convincingly, as well as the way you quickly and intuitively identify the core of a problem. You are result-oriented, feel confident in your ability to get things done, and never leave your deliverables only partly completed. As you will work closely with stakeholders of different levels in the organization all around the world, you understand the perspectives and priorities of your main internal contacts and adapt your way of communicating accordingly. Finally, you are business-oriented with an optimistic mindset, seeing possibilities in challenges and thrive in a changing environment.

Since the role is new, you will have the opportunity to shape and make your mark on it. There will be significant opportunities for growth in various areas, tailored to your interests and experience.

You hold a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You probably either are, or have been, working in Management Consulting or as a Project Manager with focus on strategy, finance, or transformation. You are fluent in English and have excellent skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Spanish is a plus.
