You will be part of the newly established European Divisional Strategy and Performance office, which is responsible for leading and initiating strategic work within the Europe Division. As part of this newly formed team, we are now recruiting a Strategy Execution Lead who will report directly to the VP Strategy Execution and Performance Management Europe. Since this role is new, there are significant opportunities to influence the content and scope. You will be part of an international environment, working closely with senior and highly professional stakeholders across Europe.

In this position, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in significantly influencing and enhancing operational efficiency, business processes and performance management. The position offers the unique opportunity to create tangible improvements and leave a lasting impact on finance and operational strategies.
The position is located at Securitas’ head office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Travel around Europe to engage with various countries and stakeholders will be part of the role.
European Divisional Strategy and Performance Office purpose
- Provide the business with greater and actionable insights by use of leading KPIs, connecting Commercial, Operational and Financial data to create a transparent view of business performance
- Identify performance gaps, conduct business and root cause analysis, provide advice on improvement leavers and in collaboration with key stakeholders drive actions to achieve tangible outcomes
- Ensure value realization from strategic initiatives by applying a structured approach and framework for business case creation, defining and tracking benefit measures, and assessing P&L impact
Your main responsibilities will include
- Autonomously or with little oversight, lead the execution of high-impact projects
- Conduct business analysis and gather insights to identify areas for improvement, support decision making and develop actionable strategies
- Strengthen how we strategically and structurally work with and track continuous business improvements by use of leading KPIs, benchmarking, and data insights
- Encourage and facilitate innovation, best practice sharing, and drive actions across the organization to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Establish good cooperation with country and Divisional stakeholders as well as Securitas Group functions to ensure stakeholder-buy in and momentum across common priorities
- Prepare and present high-quality report and presentation material to senior management
- Contribute to business planning and strategy work
Your profile and qualifications
You are proud of your combination of excellent analytical skills, ability to communicate professionally and convincingly, as well as the way you quickly and intuitively identify the core of a problem. You are result-oriented, feel confident in your ability to get things done, and never leave your deliverables only partly completed. As you will work closely with stakeholders of different levels in the organization, you understand the perspectives and priorities of your main internal contacts and adapt your way of communicating accordingly. Finally, you are business-oriented with an optimistic mindset, seeing possibilities in challenges and thrive in a changing environment.
This is a “hands-on” strategic role and requires a breadth of skills ranging from analytical, communication/ presentation, change management and general business acumen. Since the role is new, you will have the opportunity to shape and make your mark on it. There will be significant opportunities for growth in various areas, tailored to your interests and experience.
You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with around 5 years of relevant working experience. You probably either are, or have been, working in Management Consulting or as a Project Manager with focus on strategy, finance, or business development. You are fluent in English and have excellent skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
