What we are looking for
Are you attracted to a new challenge within treasury where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a global function? As a Treasury Operations Analyst at Autoliv, you will work broadly within treasury in a global company with a strong forward-thinking approach. Within a dedicated team of five people, you will be involved in both operational and strategic matters. You will manage daily payment related activities, support the maintenance of global banking relationships, and contribute to improvement initiatives. You will have ongoing contact with banks and subsidiaries worldwide and play an active role in developing our processes and cash management solutions.
This role includes close collaboration with the entire finance function within Autoliv and offers opportunities to influence both work methods and priorities. You will be part of an ambitious and international environment with varied responsibilities. You need to be driven, able to lead projects, and take responsibility for your tasks independently, it’s a culture of freedom with responsibility and high trust. The position is based at our head office in the World Trade Center in central Stockholm, and you report to the Vice President Corporate Treasury.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Managing payments and settlements
- Verifying bank information and agreements
- Cash pool administration
- Ongoing communication with internal and external counterparts
- Reporting, follow-up, and analysis
- Participating in the development of processes, procedures, tools, etc.
- Ensuring that daily activities and processes comply with internal guidelines and the SOX framework
- Taking part in and leading development projects

Your profile
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or economics, ideally combined with a few years of experience in treasury, cash management, back office, or a similar area. You have a solid understanding of daily internal payment flows and liquidity management, but we place equal importance on your attitude and engagement. The role offers great opportunities to develop and learn on the job. Experience from an international company is advantageous. Previous experience with netting, SOX controls, or the treasury management system Quantum is a plus. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
