As a Risk Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in our team, contributing to both internal and external Solvency II reporting with a strong focus on quantitative analysis. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing reports – primarily of a quantitative nature – for both management and regulatory authorities. A central part of your role will be managing asset and financial reporting templates, where you will also act as the team’s go-to expert for technical questions and process improvements. By working with both quantitative reporting and, to some extent, qualitative reporting, you will gain valuable insights into If’s capital management framework and how we help create long-term security for our policyholders. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. You will collaborate closely with many parts of the organization, including the CFO organization, Risk Management, IT, Investments, and Insurance Operations.
As a Risk Reporting Analyst, you will join our Solvency & Capital Reporting team consisting five people. This team is part of Corporate Reporting & Cash Management unit of 20 people with the majority working at the Bergshamra office in Sweden. Corporate Reporting is, in addition to the responsibilities of Solvency & Capital Reporting team, also responsible for the group accounting principles, consolidation, annual reporting, narrative Solvency II reporting as well as If’s framework for internal control.
Your Profile

You hold a relevant academic degree from a university or college and have acquired several years of relevant work experience. Ideally, you are currently working in risk, audit, or accounting/reporting, with a connection to the banking, finance, or insurance industry. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and manage complex data. Experience with Excel, SQL, or Power Query is highly valued. You are fluent in English and have proficiency in a Nordic language, both written and spoken. Previous experience with Solvency II or Finrep/Corep is considered an advantage.
