Director of FP&A to Arrive

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis for Arrive’s largest business unit; Parking.

This role partners directly with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams to drive insights that shape business strategy, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a strong communicator, and excels in a fast-paced, data-rich environment. They bring a deep understanding of unit economics, operational levers. Since the integration of the French group Flowbird, manufacturing has become a central part of the business, making experience from a production environment highly valuable.”

Key responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Lead all financial planning processes (annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range planning) for the business unit
  • Provide proactive financial insight to business unit leadership and senior executives, supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Identify and communicate key business trends, risks, and opportunities that influence growth and profitability
  • Lead the FP&A teams in Stockholm, UK and the US

Business Partnership & Performance Management

  • Act as the primary finance partner to business unit leadership and be part of the leadership team
  • Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models to monitor business performance and scenario analysis
  • Track and analyze key metrics, leading indicators and deliver actionable recommendations

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Own monthly/quarterly business reviews, variance analyses, and management reporting for the business unit
  •  Partner with accounting and corporate FP&A to ensure accurate close processes and financial alignment
  • Support pricing decisions, vendor negotiations, and strategic business cases with strong financial analysis

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts
  • Continuously improve planning tools, processes, and data infrastructure to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Champion the use of data and automation to reduce manual reporting and improve real-time visibility 

Who are you?

You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA considered a plus. We see that you have over ten years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, preferably in international and fast-paced environments.

You have a proven ability to collaborate with senior executives and influence decision-making, along with advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling, including experience with planning tools. With strong communication and presentation skills, you translate complex data into actionable insights. Additionally you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing and evolving business.
