About the position
In the position as Business Analyst, you will work closely together with the Finance Director for the Buy-out funds. You will report to the CFO and be a part of a team consisting of five team members. You will further develop your skills and understanding of key financial matters for a PE fund and be an important part in ensuring financial agility for Trill Impact. This requires analytical-, communication-, and project management skills, and a big dose of general business acumen. The position is new within the finance team, so you will have the opportunity to shape and make your mark on it as well. There will be many possibilities for growth in various areas tailored to your interests and experience. For the right person there will be opportunities to progress into a Financial Manager role.
The position will be located at Trill Impacts’s head office in central Stockholm and will occasionally include traveling.
Key Responsibilities
You will primarily work with the following tasks:
- Support CFO in having a global view of the Group’s and Fund’s financials
- Liquidity planning and cash management for the Funds and the Trill Impact Group
- Support in calculations of MOIC and IRR for the purpose of reporting to investors and marketing
- Review of financial statements of the legal entities in the Buy-out funds, Swedish and Luxembourg
- Assist in compilation and review of Fund Reports
- Ad hoc tasks and participate in different projects within Trill Impact
Your profile and qualifications
You have an academic degree in finance or related field and at least 3-5 years’ experience from an analytical financial role. We think you may currently be working within transaction services, corporate finance or in a similar position with experience from private equity, M&A or asset management. You have a good understanding of company valuations and returns and experience from various financial modelling tasks (Excel). You are fluent and have strong business proficiency in English.

To succeed in this position, you need strong analytical skills, a business mindset and endurance in your work. You are results-oriented, diligent and can work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. As you will work closely with many stakeholders you can navigate your way in different perspectives and priorities and adapt accordingly. Since Trill Impact is an entrepreneurial company, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with short decision paths and a “can do” attitude.
