Your task and your areas of responsibility

Sweco is now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist that will be part of an engaged and high performing HR-team, at group level. You will have a broad role and work with Compensation & Benefits related tasks to support the organisation. Some of your key responsibilities include giving support in the annual salary review for Sweco Group functions as well as proactively lead the work with Sweco´s Short- and Long-term incentive programs. 

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will conduct internal and external monitoring on market trends and contribute with analyses within the reward area. In addition, you are expected to provide feedback and suggest improvements to existing processes and policies. You will also play a key role in upcoming HR/Reward related projects and give business support in position evaluation and relevant benchmark to the organisation. You will take an active part in ensuring compliance and governance in the areas of executive compensation, Annual Reporting, AGM (Annual General Meeting) and to the Remuneration committee.

The position reports to Compensation & Benefits Director at Group HR and is located at Sweco´s headquarters in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

When it comes to your experience, we see that you have a relevant university degree. To fit this role, it is important to have the right personality traits as well as having a high analytical ability. We believe that you have a similar role today or are working as a HR-controller or within Finance. You are skilled in Excel and MS Office. Sweco has English as corporate language, therefor English skills are of importance.
