What we are looking for
As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales Director and be responsible for revenue analysis and control for the Swedish market. Together with the Commercial Business Analysts for the other Scandinavian countries, you will set the structure and agenda for revenue controlling within the Scandinavian countries. In the position you will contribute to overall understanding of performance and outlook through a data driven approach. You will be a part of the Controlling Team and report to the CFO. The position is located at Clear Channels modern head office, centrally located at Birger Jarlsgatan.
Your main areas of responsibilities will be the following:
- Recurring and ad hoc analysis in order to provide the right steering for the organization
- Future planning, identifying patterns and proactively react to those
- Setting up and tracking KPIs
- Revenue forecasting
- Setting budgets for the sales teams including explanations, discussions and handling client distribution
- Setting up and monitoring sales competition
- Driving the development of the BI tool (Qliksense) and providing the relevant views of sales performance
You will have an academic background within Business or Finance and at least three years of experience from a similar position or a background within consulting. You have worked with a BI system before and is comfortable working with large volumes of data. You will also have advanced skills in Excel. Being fluent in English and Swedish is a must.

To be successful in this position we want you to have strong analytical skills and a commercial interest with a desire to be a part of driving the business. As the position require contact with many people, we want you to have high integrity and taking actions from what´s best for the organization. Furthermore, we want you to have strong social skills and the ability to challenge the sales organization and the CFO. Finally, you must be able to take initiatives and be proactive, improvement- and solution oriented with the capabilities to work both with analytical and hands on recurring tasks.
